But then every vendor I use (AC, plumbing, lawn care, etc) is also high. No longer using “time and materials” but separate cost for each job. "AVOID KASPER ELECTRIC AT ALL COSTS!" This company is a nightmare—dishonest, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. We hired them for an emergency electrical fix at Harbour View, which they resolved in ONE hour. We paid their steep emergency rate, no questions asked. Then their technician lingered for THREE extra hours messing with a non-emergency kitchen light we didn’t even request. We still paid for it out of courtesy, and the technician confirmed payment was complete—twice! Suddenly, they demanded an extra $268 for 'material' that NEVER HAPPENED. Our records prove we paid for all billed time, plus material, but they don’t care. Mona screamed at me over the phone, refused to let me speak to Justin or Cassie Kasper, and hung up. Justin ignored my email begging for a call to sort this out. Worse, they THREATENED to illegally charge an owner’s credit card without permission—a total scam move. Kasper Electric preys on customers with fake charges, ignores evidence, and treats you like garbage when you call them out. We’re reporting them to consumer protection agencies. Save yourself the headache—hire anyone else!"

After trying to get several electricians out to do a job for us and having them Not call back and no show, a good friend recommended Kasper Electric. I called and told them our electrical issues and they had someone out the next day. We have had them help us twice now. First time we had Mike help with an AC issue and second time We had Ronnie and he helped us with a bad exterior GFI outlet. He replaced it and was very knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Ronnie was wonderful. He came out and solved an electrical problem in minutes that had been going on in our home for almost a week. He was fast efficient and knowledgeable. He definitely has the experience which let him to go right to the main problem which was the main breaker had loose bolts and were rusted. Kasper Electric recently completed an electrical project at our townhome in Jupiter. We were doing a full remodel of the property, so the scope of electrical work included a rewire of the home to allow for recessed lighting and ceiling fans, panel & breaker replacement/upgrade, new receptacles, new fixtures, outlets, switches, etc. It was a comprehensive/complete scope that I bid out with multiple electrical contractors locally. I was very impressed with Joe Redinger’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite—even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself). What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!

I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors. When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..." He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price. Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. Well I've never experienced this before. The technician actually talked me out of using Kasper. I asked them to come out because of a voltage problem on my thermostat. The technician called me to discuss the issue and told me they weren't the right people to help. He could verify the voltage problem but he said he wouldn't be able to help with the thermostat, I needed an A/C company. He offered to come out but he said the A/C company could diagnose and repair. in one trip. So the technician saved me his cost and directed me to the right people for the problem. This is an amazing display of professionalism and customer service. I know if I need any electrical in the future I'll be using Kasper. I'll also be telling this story to all my friends.

This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact. We called Kasper because of a circuit breaker that kept popping when we used a light and some outlets in our kitchen. Steve the electrcian who visited us was able to track the root cause to some old wiring. He then gave us a cost to rewire the circuit and took the extra steps to disconnect the circuit that was causing the issue until he could return with a helper and do the re-wiring. Steve and Mike his helper returned to rewire and took the time to be sure this had permanently fixed the issue before leaving. The circuit popped again and they found another run to an outlet had been compromised. The wire actually displaying some burn marks. I truely believe the time they took to investigate the issue thoroughly prevented what could have been a serious fire issue. Through the whole process I was impressed with their knowledge and determination to be sure all was working properly. The technicians and Michele at the office made this on of the best experiences I have had with a repair company. I will reccomend and use Kasper exclusively for any electrical work. I am glad we found this company 😊

I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up. Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.
