The problem was a simple one, but I hadn't been able to fix it on my own and was delighted to have it taken care of quickly, pleasantly and at the time expected. (So many "service" companies and personnel are not that way that it is truly refreshing to find one that is!)

This was one of the best, if not the best services engagement I've had in a long time. I booked the appointment a week in advance so I could have my Tesla 220 amp charger installed. Steve, the electrician showed up exactly when they said he would. He was gracious, patient and understanding right from the start. I was very impressed with his customer service and electrical skills. I highly recommend Kasper for all of your electrical needs. Top notch!

Kasper Electrical is a quality company you can depend on and trust. Kathy in the office is helpful and professional. My service technician was Ronnie and discovered the cause of my problem with the vanity light that was here when I moved in was a faulty switch plus poor installation. There was a connection in the light that was reduced to ashes! I had no idea what to replace the light with and Ronnie went above and beyond to help me select what type would be the best choice. I cannot thank Ronnie and Kasper Electrical enough for caring about their customer and for a job well done.
