Did not finish job nor communicate when they would return . On 3 separate occasions, I requested information with no response. Found another company who finished it in one day.

Mr Foland, You are absolutely correct. I am so sorry for your terrible experience. You will be getting a full refund for every labor hour you paid. I'm not sure if you are open to it, but I would love the opportunity to hear your perspective in person. You name the time and place, and I will make myself available. From my perspective we did a horrific job communicating and managing your expectations. Please call the office to let Kris know how you would like the refund, and to get my cell phone number (if you're open to meeting). Again, my sincerest apologies. We are not perfect, but with your feedback we will be better.
