Kasper electric was great. Ronnie and Omer were very knowledgeable, friendly, worked to solve every request we made. They did recessed ighting fixtures, panel upgrades, added outlets, and general repairs. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually post bad reviews but I’m hoping to save others the stress of dealing with this company or even hoping things change by having the team read this. We had a couple of large, outdoor projects done by Kasper in the last few years. The project entailed digging trenches by hand and also with machinery on the second time. The actual electricians who show up to do the work (months later) are fine. They seem competent and knowledgeable and have always been friendly. Hence, the 2 stars. However, I have never in my life experience this awful of customer service/management in my life. Our first initial experience was with John K. He came out to our home to obtain information and get measurements, etc. He has always been very friendly, but he “forgot” about our job despite multiple texts, calls and emails. When he finally got back in touch months later, there were many apologies and a slight “discount” for our service for this. Because we already used them for a similar outdoor project, I wanted to use them again for extending the electrical lines for a gate opener. I wish I never used them again because it took months again. More apologies, and my fence company was getting fed up and ignored as well. Well, here we are one year later from an email about permitting and they still haven’t returned my phone calls/messages about having them file the sub permit which was already filled out by the fence company! All they had to do was file. I’ve left 2 messages in the last month and have yet to receive a call back. I would have thought they went out of business the way my husband and I don’t hear back or get a person on the other end. I have all the emails, calls and texts logged and the ones ignored from my fencing company. It just blows my mind that this is the way a company or professional operates. If leaving a review is the only way to get an answer, so be it. -June Bali
