I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up. Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.

Hi Mrs Howard, My sincerest apologies. I would like to make up for this poor communication in a number of ways. First, i would like to reimburse you for your time off work. I cant stand when i have an appointment and my time is not respected. Your time is valuable, and I am sorry for wasting it. Second, I would like to come out with a tech to troubleshoot whatever the original issue is as well as better understand the lack of communication, to identify what we need to do to solve this for any future communications with all customers. Lastly, we would like to waive any labor fees associated with the troubleshooting. I know Kris (our service manager) reached out already, to schedule. I look forward to the opportunity to make this right. I hope you grant us the ability to do so. Again, I am so sorry for our mis-communication. With your feedback, we will improve.
