Ronnie was wonderful. He came out and solved an electrical problem in minutes that had been going on in our home for almost a week. He was fast efficient and knowledgeable. He definitely has the experience which let him to go right to the main problem which was the main breaker had loose bolts and were rusted. He tightened the bolts and my power outage and flickering of lights were fixed instantly! It was an awful week trying to figure it out but Ronnie saved the day! Thank you Ronnie!

I needed to install a NEMA 14-50 at my house to charge an electric car in my garage. I worked with Michelle over the phone who was very professional and responsive and got me a quote over the phone after I sent some pictures over. I was scheduled within a couple days. Steve Perez was my tech, he was super friendly and efficient and expalined everything to me. I was really happy with the service and would definitely use Kasper again.

I 1st called Kasper Electric back in January based on reviews and I have to tell you I could not have been more satisfied. There electrician Bill was sent over to access a situation. He was honest, and guided me through a situation. I just called them back again yesterday and again Bill did not let me down. I would highly recommend this company based on their honesty, responsiveness and work ethic. I could not have made a better choice when choosing an electrician from the internet. I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up. Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.
