Adrian a bad review into a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The bad review was not yet written because Adrian showed up instead of the original technician, who failed to show up within the schedule time between 11:00 and 1:00 PM Adrian showed up after we called dispatch, and he was originally south of my location. It was originally supposed to install a dedicated line and a whole house surge protector. Adrian explain everything after my many questions, and showed me a final estimate. This was a huge help to me, as I knew how much to pay after the installation completed I happily give Adrian TOP FIVE OUT OF FIVE RATINGS

EDITED TO SAY: They get 5 stars for their incredible customer service. The owner called me and went above and beyond to make reparations for the initial disappointment, including a refund and credit. They clearly really value their customers and want to make sure they come away with a positive experience each time. Well done Kasper!! Made an appointment to have my big barn fan looked at and electrician showed up without a ladder. Charged me a $100 dispatch fee to show up for a barn fan just to arrive with no ladder and wanted to write the whole thing off as water damage without taking a look. So I hauled out my own 12 foot ladder all the way from the house to the barn (I’m 5ft and 100lbs mind you). He goes up and takes a picture of the model number and tells me to call the fan company. The “service” cost me just under $300 total. My friend gave me better service. She looked up the fault codes online, identified the potential problems based on the codes, and even got up the ladder, found the control panel and removed the cover, and gave me tons of information that I can at least give to the fan company when I call. I’m just saying, if my friend with no technical training could do this for free, I think the electrician could have been a little more helpful and actually provided some service instead of just confirming that power was reaching the fan and saying that’s the most he’s able to help with, then charging $300. That’s not providing a technical service, that’s just flipping a breaker switch.

Ronnie arrived at the scheduled time with a smile on his face and enthusiasm for the work that was to be done. He removed 3 chandeliers and installed 3 ceiling fans. I asked a lot of questions and he explained what he would be doing in each room, as well as showing me how the individual remotes worked, since each was unique. I knew Kasper was the company for me as soon as I met John during my estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional and he made me feel like family. I had my service completed yesterday by Ronnie and Ryan and I was amazed at their promptness, professionalism and the teamwork and comradery they exhibited throughout the day. Best attitude of any service people I've had in years. Again, they treated me like family ... So much so that I almost invited them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The work was done quickly ... they had such a great rapport with the FPL guys that the FPL guy even gave his cell and came back right away when called for reconnection. They did just a great job even the inspector complemented them on their excellent work, and I could tell he was normally an inspector of few words. I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors. When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..." He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price. Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. Well I've never experienced this before. The technician actually talked me out of using Kasper. I asked them to come out because of a voltage problem on my thermostat. The technician called me to discuss the issue and told me they weren't the right people to help. He could verify the voltage problem but he said he wouldn't be able to help with the thermostat, I needed an A/C company. He offered to come out but he said the A/C company could diagnose and repair. in one trip. So the technician saved me his cost and directed me to the right people for the problem. This is an amazing display of professionalism and customer service. I know if I need any electrical in the future I'll be using Kasper. I'll also be telling this story to all my friends.

This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact. Kasper is now in my contact list and thanks to Kevin they will be my “go to” for any electrical issues from now on. Kevin was right on time. He was professional and responsive and sweet. I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up. Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.

I had used Kasper Electric originally to replace a leaky hot water tank and they were terrific. As well, they helped me close a permit in a timely fashion and Michelle in the office is incredible. (I had another plumbing company which did not give the same effort!) Now I had Jimmy Wagner over to give me a quotation on work I wish to do as well as spend a few hours fixing various issues I had. He resolved quite a few problems and I am thrilled. They obviously were challenges and is why they were not in the proper working order! Great local company! Can't thank Mike Bonea enough for his help. Everyone was out of a 50 amp cable a couple days before Hurricane Irma but he found a way to get me one so we could use the generator to run the central AC! Fast service and answered 30 questions happily. I highly recommend Kasper. As of Wednesday the 7th they still had a few generators available for hurricane Irma so give them a call!
