We recently had a billing issue due to a misunderstanding about their work order policy. Ms. Clary, in customer service, worked with us to resolve it to our satisfaction. She was very professional and respectful and they will be back to do more work for us.

I 1st called Kasper Electric back in January based on reviews and I have to tell you I could not have been more satisfied. There electrician Bill was sent over to access a situation. He was honest, and guided me through a situation. I just called them back again yesterday and again Bill did not let me down. I would highly recommend this company based on their honesty, responsiveness and work ethic. I could not have made a better choice when choosing an electrician from the internet. Thank you Kasper Electric!
