I called in need of service yesterday and Bill S. was able to get to me today. Not an easy task given I'm in hurricane ravaged Panama City. Bill was professional, polite, and courteous. The Customer Service reps were also above reproach. I received my work invoice for immediately after speaking to CS. If I lived in Kaspers service area... I know who I'd used. Thank you all for coming up to help get peoples lives back to normal.

Mark did a fantastic job installing my Tesla wall charger. Work was completed as quoted and area left clean afterwards. First time dealing with Kasper and I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Mark!

Well I've never experienced this before. The technician actually talked me out of using Kasper. I asked them to come out because of a voltage problem on my thermostat. The technician called me to discuss the issue and told me they weren't the right people to help. He could verify the voltage problem but he said he wouldn't be able to help with the thermostat, I needed an A/C company. He offered to come out but he said the A/C company could diagnose and repair. in one trip. So the technician saved me his cost and directed me to the right people for the problem. This is an amazing display of professionalism and customer service. I know if I need any electrical in the future I'll be using Kasper. I'll also be telling this story to all my friends.
