I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. Ronnie arrived at the scheduled time with a smile on his face and enthusiasm for the work that was to be done. He removed 3 chandeliers and installed 3 ceiling fans. I asked a lot of questions and he explained what he would be doing in each room, as well as showing me how the individual remotes worked, since each was unique. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. Mona was a life saver, too, when I called and explained my situation. She was patient and extremely helpful in working around my schedule. I highly recommend Kasper Electric and will definitely be using them again!
