I recently had Kasper electric come and do some electrical additions to my home. I wanted to add an outside motion sensor light, two inside automatic on off light switches for my outside lights, add an outlet to my laundry room, put a whole house surge protector into my electrical panel, and add switches and wall plate for various lights in my living room entryway. Adrian came and did a walk-through and gave me an estimate and a quote, which I found very reasonable. Then I agreed to the job and he came back a few days later with his helper Omer. Adrian did a great job, completed all of it, cleaned up after it and everything worked perfectly. Adrian and Omer were knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Kasper Electric.

Bill and Omer arrived early then planned time and proceeded to help us with navigating thru new light fixtures that needed replacement. This was not your traditional screw a light bulb out and replace, but recessed lightening. They also helped us with a smoke alarm and help we needed in a spare bedroom. The highest stars for service! I would not go anywhere else ! This is the A team!

Prompt, professional and perfect pricing.... Adrian and his assistant were great. They showed up on time and completed the job as described. This is the second time we used Kasper in the past 6 months, the first time was for a electrical panel upgrade and today was for wiring for the a/c thermostat. The wire had to be run from the air handler (in the attic) to the a/c unit (outside on the first floor). The service and workmanship is top notch. Thanks Kasper!

Kasper Electrical is a quality company you can depend on and trust. Kathy in the office is helpful and professional. My service technician was Ronnie and discovered the cause of my problem with the vanity light that was here when I moved in was a faulty switch plus poor installation. There was a connection in the light that was reduced to ashes! I had no idea what to replace the light with and Ronnie went above and beyond to help me select what type would be the best choice. Ronny and Omer arrived at my house on time, they were very courteous, polite, professional I actually enjoyed talking to them. They explained everything that was going on. They repaired my fans in the patio, which one was about to fall out of the ceiling and they resolved an electrical problem with two outlets in the kitchen and they explained everything to me as they were working because it was a very involved electrical problem. If I need an electrician again in the future, I will definitely call Casper because of these two wonderful technicians.

I don’t usually post bad reviews but I’m hoping to save others the stress of dealing with this company or even hoping things change by having the team read this. We had a couple of large, outdoor projects done by Kasper in the last few years. The project entailed digging trenches by hand and also with machinery on the second time. The actual electricians who show up to do the work (months later) are fine. They seem competent and knowledgeable and have always been friendly. Hence, the 2 stars. However, I have never in my life experience this awful of customer service/management in my life. Our first initial experience was with John K. He came out to our home to obtain information and get measurements, etc. He has always been very friendly, but he “forgot” about our job despite multiple texts, calls and emails. When he finally got back in touch months later, there were many apologies and a slight “discount” for our service for this. Because we already used them for a similar outdoor project, I wanted to use them again for extending the electrical lines for a gate opener. I wish I never used them again because it took months again. More apologies, and my fence company was getting fed up and ignored as well. Well, here we are one year later from an email about permitting and they still haven’t returned my phone calls/messages about having them file the sub permit which was already filled out by the fence company! All they had to do was file. I’ve left 2 messages in the last month and have yet to receive a call back. I would have thought they went out of business the way my husband and I don’t hear back or get a person on the other end. I have all the emails, calls and texts logged and the ones ignored from my fencing company. It just blows my mind that this is the way a company or professional operates. If leaving a review is the only way to get an answer, so be it. -June Bali

Horrible experience. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Electrician arrived 3 hours and 15 minutes late. While waiting I called constantly and all I got was voice message and no one called me back. I received a couple of text messages saying that technician was on his way and will arrive soon but no specific arrival time. The worse part is that the job site was a vacant unit and there was nowhere for me to sit while waiting. This company requires a $100 "dispatch" fee, but there was no live dispatcher to communicate with me while I waited. Electrician was pleasant and knowledgeable, but it does not make up for the loss of 3+ hours of my time and the frustration. I will not be using their services again.

First and foremost, thank you! Kasper Electric was brought in after much due diligence to do a meter bank replacements for a multi family property that carried huge weight for completion. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Brian , Carolina and Andrew. Each one of them communicate and even answer high pressure calls because of the sensitivity of our project. We are shutting down up to 24 units at a time per building and without a doubt they are treating this like a priority 1 type of project, which it is. Andrew, he is in the field daily, sometimes even without my knowledge. He is there front line man and I see why, he delivers. If anyone is up against high pressure projects, I highly recommend Kasper, but make sure Andrew is the guy in the field, he gets it done. Guys, we're not done yet, but easy to review what I consistently see. Well done and we appreciate you, finish line is close.

"AVOID KASPER ELECTRIC AT ALL COSTS!" This company is a nightmare—dishonest, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. We hired them for an emergency electrical fix at Harbour View, which they resolved in ONE hour. We paid their steep emergency rate, no questions asked. Then their technician lingered for THREE extra hours messing with a non-emergency kitchen light we didn’t even request. We still paid for it out of courtesy, and the technician confirmed payment was complete—twice! Suddenly, they demanded an extra $268 for 'material' that NEVER HAPPENED. Our records prove we paid for all billed time, plus material, but they don’t care. Mona screamed at me over the phone, refused to let me speak to Justin or Cassie Kasper, and hung up. Justin ignored my email begging for a call to sort this out. Worse, they THREATENED to illegally charge an owner’s credit card without permission—a total scam move. Kasper Electric preys on customers with fake charges, ignores evidence, and treats you like garbage when you call them out. We’re reporting them to consumer protection agencies. Save yourself the headache—hire anyone else!"
