Poor experience, not happy. Had an appointment, never heard back, wasted a day, then was offered another appointment for 6 days later. Cannot recommend..

I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors. When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..." He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price. Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. I cannot say enough about them or rate them any higher than the scale will permit! Michael Engelhardt

Karl Engel

Relatively simple repairs but handled efficiently. Adrian was polite and professional. Must add that pricing seemed high ( $665 for 45 minutes w customer parts). But then every vendor I use (AC, plumbing, lawn care, etc) is also high. No longer using “time and materials” but separate cost for each job. Kasper still most reliable electrician in Palm Beach County.

Great local company! Can't thank Mike Bonea enough for his help. Everyone was out of a 50 amp cable a couple days before Hurricane Irma but he found a way to get me one so we could use the generator to run the central AC! Fast service and answered 30 questions happily. I highly recommend Kasper. As of Wednesday the 7th they still had a few generators available for hurricane Irma so give them a call!
