Personable, professional And courteous. Kasper Electric is the only company that we will use. In today’s fast paced world, it is difficult to find contractors that you can trust. This company always returns calls, responds to questions and delivers value. You can find it a little cheaper…but why? They are here to repair the work that another company with a better price (15% cheaper) did. Now, we are paying for it so over again to have it done right. Family owned Christian values…. Combined with the best customer service and delivery of service around. Don’t risk it with anybody else.

I requested an estimate for work that was needed. W. Silvernail came to inspect the problem, I was impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. He didn’t try to “up sale”. He went above and beyond, going back up on the roof to put a temporary patch over the rusted pipe until I could get a couple other estimates. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Adrian a bad review into a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The bad review was not yet written because Adrian showed up instead of the original technician, who failed to show up within the schedule time between 11:00 and 1:00 PM Adrian showed up after we called dispatch, and he was originally south of my location. It was originally supposed to install a dedicated line and a whole house surge protector. Adrian explain everything after my many questions, and showed me a final estimate. This was a huge help to me, as I knew how much to pay after the installation completed I happily give Adrian TOP FIVE OUT OF FIVE RATINGS

We had no idea where the short was, but Adrian found it and we were very thankful to get full power back on throughout the house. If you call Kasper, definitely ask for Adrian. EDITED TO SAY: They get 5 stars for their incredible customer service. The owner called me and went above and beyond to make reparations for the initial disappointment, including a refund and credit. They clearly really value their customers and want to make sure they come away with a positive experience each time. Well done Kasper!! Made an appointment to have my big barn fan looked at and electrician showed up without a ladder. Charged me a $100 dispatch fee to show up for a barn fan just to arrive with no ladder and wanted to write the whole thing off as water damage without taking a look. So I hauled out my own 12 foot ladder all the way from the house to the barn (I’m 5ft and 100lbs mind you). He goes up and takes a picture of the model number and tells me to call the fan company. The “service” cost me just under $300 total. My friend gave me better service. She looked up the fault codes online, identified the potential problems based on the codes, and even got up the ladder, found the control panel and removed the cover, and gave me tons of information that I can at least give to the fan company when I call. I’m just saying, if my friend with no technical training could do this for free, I think the electrician could have been a little more helpful and actually provided some service instead of just confirming that power was reaching the fan and saying that’s the most he’s able to help with, then charging $300. That’s not providing a technical service, that’s just flipping a breaker switch.

Once again Ronnie did a great job. On a previous service call for an emergency generator hook -up he recommended an addition surge protector. That suggestion was greatly appreciated. Ronnie came back today and installed the surge protector and you would think it had been there the whole time. The installation was perfect. Again Ronnie was extremely curious and friendly and did a remarkable job of cleaning up afterwards. Ronnie gets a 10 out of 10 AGAIN!!!

Relatively simple repairs but handled efficiently. Adrian was polite and professional. Must add that pricing seemed high ( $665 for 45 minutes w customer parts). But then every vendor I use (AC, plumbing, lawn care, etc) is also high. No longer using “time and materials” but separate cost for each job. Kasper still most reliable electrician in Palm Beach County.

Adrian installed a Google Nest camera and floodlights on our garage. He did a wonderful job on the installation, able to place the camera exactly where I wanted it to be. He knows what he is doing, cleans up when he is finished and even helped me load the program on my phone so I could use the camera immediately. This is my third experience with Adrian and Kasper Electric. If you want an electrical job done well and cleanly, these are the people to call.
