Horrible experience. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Electrician arrived 3 hours and 15 minutes late. While waiting I called constantly and all I got was voice message and no one called me back. I received a couple of text messages saying that technician was on his way and will arrive soon but no specific arrival time. The worse part is that the job site was a vacant unit and there was nowhere for me to sit while waiting. This company requires a $100 "dispatch" fee, but there was no live dispatcher to communicate with me while I waited. Electrician was pleasant and knowledgeable, but it does not make up for the loss of 3+ hours of my time and the frustration. I will not be using their services again.

We did re-route our technician to an emergency call and let you know we would be delayed, but we greatly missed the mark on giving up updates, especially when the time frame continued to grow. I know Josh has already expressed our sincerely apologies, but we truly are sorry for your experience and have used this as an opportunity to change how we treat situations like this in the future. Adrian installed a Google Nest camera and floodlights on our garage. He did a wonderful job on the installation, able to place the camera exactly where I wanted it to be. He knows what he is doing, cleans up when he is finished and even helped me load the program on my phone so I could use the camera immediately. This is my third experience with Adrian and Kasper Electric. If you want an electrical job done well and cleanly, these are the people to call.

I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors. When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..." He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price. Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. I cannot say enough about them or rate them any higher than the scale will permit! Michael Engelhardt

The Kasper team was very responsive to my questions, and respectful of my time. Michael Bonea gave me a quote and was very helpful. I will call them in the further for my electrical needs.
