Adrian a bad review into a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The bad review was not yet written because Adrian showed up instead of the original technician, who failed to show up within the schedule time between 11:00 and 1:00 PM Adrian showed up after we called dispatch, and he was originally south of my location. It was originally supposed to install a dedicated line and a whole house surge protector. Adrian explain everything after my many questions, and showed me a final estimate. This was a huge help to me, as I knew how much to pay after the installation completed I happily give Adrian TOP FIVE OUT OF FIVE RATINGS

Adrian Pope was the Service Technician sent to our house to trouble shoot an electrical break somewhere. We had no idea where the short was, but Adrian found it and we were very thankful to get full power back on throughout the house. If you call Kasper, definitely ask for Adrian. He knows what he’s doing.

EDITED TO SAY: They get 5 stars for their incredible customer service. The owner called me and went above and beyond to make reparations for the initial disappointment, including a refund and credit. They clearly really value their customers and want to make sure they come away with a positive experience each time. Well done Kasper!! Made an appointment to have my big barn fan looked at and electrician showed up without a ladder. Charged me a $100 dispatch fee to show up for a barn fan just to arrive with no ladder and wanted to write the whole thing off as water damage without taking a look. So I hauled out my own 12 foot ladder all the way from the house to the barn (I’m 5ft and 100lbs mind you). He goes up and takes a picture of the model number and tells me to call the fan company. The “service” cost me just under $300 total. My friend gave me better service. She looked up the fault codes online, identified the potential problems based on the codes, and even got up the ladder, found the control panel and removed the cover, and gave me tons of information that I can at least give to the fan company when I call. I’m just saying, if my friend with no technical training could do this for free, I think the electrician could have been a little more helpful and actually provided some service instead of just confirming that power was reaching the fan and saying that’s the most he’s able to help with, then charging $300. That’s not providing a technical service, that’s just flipping a breaker switch.

He installed a new outdoor outlet for my cold plunge, repaired another exterior outlet that needed attention, and installed a Ring floodlight camera. I recently had Kasper electric come and do some electrical additions to my home. I wanted to add an outside motion sensor light, two inside automatic on off light switches for my outside lights, add an outlet to my laundry room, put a whole house surge protector into my electrical panel, and add switches and wall plate for various lights in my living room entryway. Adrian came and did a walk-through and gave me an estimate and a quote, which I found very reasonable. Then I agreed to the job and he came back a few days later with his helper Omer. Adrian did a great job, completed all of it, cleaned up after it and everything worked perfectly. Adrian and Omer were knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Kasper Electric.

Ronny and Omer arrived at my house on time, they were very courteous, polite, professional I actually enjoyed talking to them. They explained everything that was going on. They repaired my fans in the patio, which one was about to fall out of the ceiling and they resolved an electrical problem with two outlets in the kitchen and they explained everything to me as they were working because it was a very involved electrical problem. If I need an electrician again in the future, I will definitely call Casper because of these two wonderful technicians.

I don’t usually post bad reviews but I’m hoping to save others the stress of dealing with this company or even hoping things change by having the team read this. We had a couple of large, outdoor projects done by Kasper in the last few years. The project entailed digging trenches by hand and also with machinery on the second time. The actual electricians who show up to do the work (months later) are fine. They seem competent and knowledgeable and have always been friendly. Hence, the 2 stars. However, I have never in my life experience this awful of customer service/management in my life. Our first initial experience was with John K. He came out to our home to obtain information and get measurements, etc. He has always been very friendly, but he “forgot” about our job despite multiple texts, calls and emails. When he finally got back in touch months later, there were many apologies and a slight “discount” for our service for this. Because we already used them for a similar outdoor project, I wanted to use them again for extending the electrical lines for a gate opener. I wish I never used them again because it took months again. More apologies, and my fence company was getting fed up and ignored as well. Well, here we are one year later from an email about permitting and they still haven’t returned my phone calls/messages about having them file the sub permit which was already filled out by the fence company! All they had to do was file. I’ve left 2 messages in the last month and have yet to receive a call back. I would have thought they went out of business the way my husband and I don’t hear back or get a person on the other end. I have all the emails, calls and texts logged and the ones ignored from my fencing company. It just blows my mind that this is the way a company or professional operates. If leaving a review is the only way to get an answer, so be it. -June Bali

At time of writing this review, both my wife and I has sent 3 emails to both Michael, and Michelle requesting cancellation of our project. We have yet to receive a response 5 days after sending the email. I have also just called again (says you are open online) but went to voicemail. I have left a voicemail, and hopefully we will receive a callback today. This has been a difficult experience, and very poor communication and customer service from everyone we have spoken to. My wife was dealing with Kasper electrical at first, trying to replace an electrical panel in a condo in North Palm Beach. She received an estimate, and it seemed cheaper than everyone else, they have decent reviews, so she thought she would move forward. She paid a deposit, and thought everything was fine. I pointed out that there was no mention of permitting anywhere on the estimate, or in fact anywhere in the terms. She asked if the permit was included, and the response came back 'you can have a permit if you like'. This seemed strange to me, as permitting isn't optional in the world I live in, you either need one or you don't. It seems to me that you would need one for replacing/upgrading an electrical panel, but they are the professionals. So, I called and spoke to Mona who was very dismissive and irritated by any questions (an experience that my wife also had). She said she would get someone to call back. I received a call back from Michelle, who was very friendly, we went through it, and again the permitting question prompted an evasive answer, the same as my wife received, 'you can have a permit if you want'. I pressed the question explaining that they are the licensed professional, if we don't need one, then why would we get one. She said that according to the Florida Building code, we didn't require a permit. I asked her if she would mind sending an email confirming that, she replied yes, no problem. My wife then later received the following email: ' In regards to the permitting question .As I mentioned to your husband, we can add a permit if you want . If that is something you would like to add, I can make that update to the estimate. It will be at an additional cost and will take a while to get approved. Please let me know how to proceed' Again, putting the decision on whether to permit the project on the homeowner, and not what was agreed on the phone. I have skipped a few requests, as this is a long review, but they are refusing to commit in writing anything regarding permitting, other than making it optional. We have already had an inspection, which failed due to the panel. we are trying to sell the condo, and any unpermitted work would put us in a bad position. It does not seem right that a licensed contractor would refuse to commit to a permit question in writing, so we requested to cancel as we have lost faith, plus the estimate seemed deceptive as permitting was not mentioned at all and my wife doesn't really know about any of this and expected that a licensed professional would advise her. The other estimates ALL mentioned permitting. It is now 5 days after we sent emails requesting cancellation to both Michael and Michelle. to date neither has responded to our emails. I have called this morning, and it goes straight to voicemail (again, said they are open online). My hope is that the owner or someone more senior reads this review and responds. We have put down a deposit of over $1,000, and to receive no response is very unsettling. We have called the building department, who say that a permit is 100% required. The next step will be to call the DBPR, but none of this should be necessary. It should be much simpler than this. In my eyes, a licensed contractor should ALWAYS advise and know whether a permit is required for electrical work, there is too much liability at stake. The fact that they are avoiding putting it in writing multiple times, speaks volumes and indicates that they know a permit is required. I would avoid this company, they have a lot of positive reviews, but based on our experience, it makes me wonder?

The installer was courteous. But installed the fan in one of the rooms in a funny way. My son was laughing when he saw the fan installed, too low for a small room. His work took a long time to be sure they charge me for all the time he was in the house, he was talking about his family and his house, showing me pictures!!, and the clock was running..... Just be aware of that!!

Ronnie was wonderful. He came out and solved an electrical problem in minutes that had been going on in our home for almost a week. He was fast efficient and knowledgeable. He definitely has the experience which let him to go right to the main problem which was the main breaker had loose bolts and were rusted. He tightened the bolts and my power outage and flickering of lights were fixed instantly! It was an awful week trying to figure it out but Ronnie saved the day! Thank you Ronnie!

Kasper Electric recently completed an electrical project at our townhome in Jupiter. We were doing a full remodel of the property, so the scope of electrical work included a rewire of the home to allow for recessed lighting and ceiling fans, panel & breaker replacement/upgrade, new receptacles, new fixtures, outlets, switches, etc. It was a comprehensive/complete scope that I bid out with multiple electrical contractors locally. Kasper came in to “takeover” on the electrical project that the previous electrical contractor (different company) that we hired, failed. Kasper is licensed, insured, a leading electrical contractor in our local area, and has proven themselves to be the best in the business. Kasper Electric offered fair pricing that was in line with the other bids I received for the same scope. I would highly recommend Kasper Electric for any & all electrical needs for your project. Professional company, communicated well, follows timeline & scope and has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right. No fluff. Easy to give a 5-star review.

I was very impressed with Joe Redinger’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite—even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself). What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!

I ordered a whole home generator in March 2021. Was told 3 month lead time. Paid $5k deposit up front. When I called in July was told my generator was in stock and ready for install once the permit cleared. As of the time of this writing (Oct 2021) I have no idea what is going on. The permit office states the company has been non-responsive since August 2021 (so 2 months). I don't often write reviews, but this company should not be used. It was my understanding they had a good reputation, but this experience cannot be ignored. A simple call or text could have cleared this up. At this point, it has been 7 months, I have paid over $5000, and have no idea when my generator will be installed. This is not an experience any consumer should have. Find another company.

I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors. When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..." He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price. Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. Steve explained what the problems were with the electric connections in the house, answered questions and made the repairs. Bilingual and personable, I would recommend Steve and Kasper Electric for minor to complex residential electrical repairs and installation services. I needed to install a NEMA 14-50 at my house to charge an electric car in my garage. I worked with Michelle over the phone who was very professional and responsive and got me a quote over the phone after I sent some pictures over. I was scheduled within a couple days. Steve Perez was my tech, he was super friendly and efficient and expalined everything to me. I was really happy with the service and would definitely use Kasper again.

Today, I had (2) fine gentlemen from Kasper Electrical come to my home to upgrade my 100 amp electrical service. Bill & Joey showed up on time , had all necessary materials & tools to proceed with service change. Power was secured shortly after 9AM, (4) new copper feed cables had to thru PVC Conduit under the slab, replaced compromised Aluminum cables from original construction, then cut out drywall to fit in new Homeline Square-D Panel, then making all connections to the new circuit breakers, it all well swimmingly smooth, and my power was back on by 12:30 PM they rang all circuits out and labeled accordingly, did a thorough clean up and were outta there shortly 1:30pm. I could'nt be happier. I would recommend this company, Kasper Electrical to all who need any electrical work in there home. top shelf in my book, "thumbs up" to a job well done !......Regards Mike D.

I am a first time home buyer. I was fortunate and blessed to own new construction, unfortunately I purchased it at a point where everything was done so I wasn't able to be apart of the customization process. I wanted to make some changes minor at first and then later some major installs. I was very nervous looking at contracting a company to do it for natural reasons. Kasper electrical at first was kind of shaky with the communications at the beginning just to be able to get a quote. Once I was able to get that squared away with them everything from that point on made up for that issue. Jim and Joey was great, they made sure they understood my vision on what I wanted accomplished and stayed in constant communications to ensure I was happy. End result the job was done great and the added bonus they set me up so that future jobs will be done a lot easier saving me time and money (because contractors are paid by the hour) in the future.
