Once again Ronnie did a great job. On a previous service call for an emergency generator hook -up he recommended an addition surge protector. That suggestion was greatly appreciated. Ronnie came back today and installed the surge protector and you would think it had been there the whole time. The installation was perfect. Again Ronnie was extremely curious and friendly and did a remarkable job of cleaning up afterwards. Ronnie gets a 10 out of 10 AGAIN!!!

"AVOID KASPER ELECTRIC AT ALL COSTS!" This company is a nightmare—dishonest, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. We hired them for an emergency electrical fix at Harbour View, which they resolved in ONE hour. We paid their steep emergency rate, no questions asked. Then their technician lingered for THREE extra hours messing with a non-emergency kitchen light we didn’t even request. We still paid for it out of courtesy, and the technician confirmed payment was complete—twice! Suddenly, they demanded an extra $268 for 'material' that NEVER HAPPENED. Our records prove we paid for all billed time, plus material, but they don’t care. Mona screamed at me over the phone, refused to let me speak to Justin or Cassie Kasper, and hung up. Justin ignored my email begging for a call to sort this out. Worse, they THREATENED to illegally charge an owner’s credit card without permission—a total scam move. Kasper Electric preys on customers with fake charges, ignores evidence, and treats you like garbage when you call them out. We’re reporting them to consumer protection agencies. Save yourself the headache—hire anyone else!"

Kasper tech Adrian came to my home today for a quote. I am getting a Tesla EV Charger installation scheduled along with other work. Adrian was professional and knowledgeable. Kasper arrived on time and when promised. Signed up for the work same day and look forward to the anticipated quality workmanship. Also of note Mona in the office along with Karissa were excellent as well. If the personnel are any indication I should be very happy when this is completed. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised that not only were they able to see me the same day but within 1 hour of my call, Jimmy was at my front door! He was friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, throughly explained everything & finished the job in less than 30 minutes. I called in need of service yesterday and Bill S. was able to get to me today. Not an easy task given I'm in hurricane ravaged Panama City. Bill was professional, polite, and courteous. The Customer Service reps were also above reproach. I received my work invoice for immediately after speaking to CS. If I lived in Kaspers service area... I know who I'd used. Thank you all for coming up to help get peoples lives back to normal.

Great local company! Can't thank Mike Bonea enough for his help. Everyone was out of a 50 amp cable a couple days before Hurricane Irma but he found a way to get me one so we could use the generator to run the central AC! Fast service and answered 30 questions happily. I highly recommend Kasper. As of Wednesday the 7th they still had a few generators available for hurricane Irma so give them a call!
