Ronnie was right on time. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He did an outstanding job of replacing a very suspect electrical panel located at our barn and gym. Kasper Electrical is a quality company you can depend on and trust. Kathy in the office is helpful and professional. My service technician was Ronnie and discovered the cause of my problem with the vanity light that was here when I moved in was a faulty switch plus poor installation. There was a connection in the light that was reduced to ashes! I had no idea what to replace the light with and Ronnie went above and beyond to help me select what type would be the best choice. I cannot thank Ronnie and Kasper Electrical enough for caring about their customer and for a job well done.

I don’t usually post bad reviews but I’m hoping to save others the stress of dealing with this company or even hoping things change by having the team read this. We had a couple of large, outdoor projects done by Kasper in the last few years. The project entailed digging trenches by hand and also with machinery on the second time. The actual electricians who show up to do the work (months later) are fine. They seem competent and knowledgeable and have always been friendly. Hence, the 2 stars. However, I have never in my life experience this awful of customer service/management in my life. Our first initial experience was with John K. He came out to our home to obtain information and get measurements, etc. He has always been very friendly, but he “forgot” about our job despite multiple texts, calls and emails. When he finally got back in touch months later, there were many apologies and a slight “discount” for our service for this. Because we already used them for a similar outdoor project, I wanted to use them again for extending the electrical lines for a gate opener. I wish I never used them again because it took months again. More apologies, and my fence company was getting fed up and ignored as well. Well, here we are one year later from an email about permitting and they still haven’t returned my phone calls/messages about having them file the sub permit which was already filled out by the fence company! All they had to do was file. I’ve left 2 messages in the last month and have yet to receive a call back. I would have thought they went out of business the way my husband and I don’t hear back or get a person on the other end. I have all the emails, calls and texts logged and the ones ignored from my fencing company. It just blows my mind that this is the way a company or professional operates. If leaving a review is the only way to get an answer, so be it. -June Bali

Kasper tech Adrian came to my home today for a quote. I am getting a Tesla EV Charger installation scheduled along with other work. Adrian was professional and knowledgeable. Kasper arrived on time and when promised. Signed up for the work same day and look forward to the anticipated quality workmanship. Also of note Mona in the office along with Karissa were excellent as well. If the personnel are any indication I should be very happy when this is completed. Thank you

Kasper Electric recently completed an electrical project at our townhome in Jupiter. We were doing a full remodel of the property, so the scope of electrical work included a rewire of the home to allow for recessed lighting and ceiling fans, panel & breaker replacement/upgrade, new receptacles, new fixtures, outlets, switches, etc. It was a comprehensive/complete scope that I bid out with multiple electrical contractors locally. Kasper came in to “takeover” on the electrical project that the previous electrical contractor (different company) that we hired, failed. Kasper is licensed, insured, a leading electrical contractor in our local area, and has proven themselves to be the best in the business. Kasper Electric offered fair pricing that was in line with the other bids I received for the same scope. I would highly recommend Kasper Electric for any & all electrical needs for your project. Professional company, communicated well, follows timeline & scope and has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right. No fluff. Easy to give a 5-star review.

I ordered a whole home generator in March 2021. Was told 3 month lead time. Paid $5k deposit up front. When I called in July was told my generator was in stock and ready for install once the permit cleared. As of the time of this writing (Oct 2021) I have no idea what is going on. The permit office states the company has been non-responsive since August 2021 (so 2 months). I don't often write reviews, but this company should not be used. It was my understanding they had a good reputation, but this experience cannot be ignored. A simple call or text could have cleared this up. At this point, it has been 7 months, I have paid over $5000, and have no idea when my generator will be installed. This is not an experience any consumer should have. Find another company.

I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. I would definitely recommend you use Kasper for your electrical needs. Thank you:)

I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors. When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..." He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price. Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. We called Kasper because of a circuit breaker that kept popping when we used a light and some outlets in our kitchen. Steve the electrcian who visited us was able to track the root cause to some old wiring. He then gave us a cost to rewire the circuit and took the extra steps to disconnect the circuit that was causing the issue until he could return with a helper and do the re-wiring. Steve and Mike his helper returned to rewire and took the time to be sure this had permanently fixed the issue before leaving. The circuit popped again and they found another run to an outlet had been compromised. The wire actually displaying some burn marks. I truely believe the time they took to investigate the issue thoroughly prevented what could have been a serious fire issue. Through the whole process I was impressed with their knowledge and determination to be sure all was working properly. The technicians and Michele at the office made this on of the best experiences I have had with a repair company. I will reccomend and use Kasper exclusively for any electrical work. I am glad we found this company 😊

I had used Kasper Electric originally to replace a leaky hot water tank and they were terrific. As well, they helped me close a permit in a timely fashion and Michelle in the office is incredible. (I had another plumbing company which did not give the same effort!) Now I had Jimmy Wagner over to give me a quotation on work I wish to do as well as spend a few hours fixing various issues I had. He resolved quite a few problems and I am thrilled. They obviously were challenges and is why they were not in the proper working order! I want to say how wonderful and professional Kasper Electric was in the service they provided to Oceanview United Methodist Church here in Juno Beach Florida. There professionalism from Peggy the scheduler to Steve in the office was spectacular. The electrician Frank Lomas they sent to us was nothing less than outstanding. His ability to work out our Sanctuary lighting problems along with upgrading our outdated system to newer lighting codes was exceptional. His friendly supportive manner was refreshing and the final product was perfect in all aspects, exceeding our expectations. When the job took more hardware and time than expected to complete, we contacted Steve and understood that the initial bid might be adjusted, his response was "We stand by our bids so the initial cost remains the same". This business philosophy is sorely missing in today's commercial support world. We here at Oceanview would immediately recommend Kasper Electric to anyone needing excellent electrical support.
