Personable, professional And courteous. Kasper Electric is the only company that we will use. In today’s fast paced world, it is difficult to find contractors that you can trust. This company always returns calls, responds to questions and delivers value. You can find it a little cheaper…but why? They are here to repair the work that another company with a better price (15% cheaper) did. Now, we are paying for it so over again to have it done right. Family owned Christian values…. Combined with the best customer service and delivery of service around. Don’t risk it with anybody else.

I requested an estimate for work that was needed. W. Silvernail came to inspect the problem, I was impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. He didn’t try to “up sale”. He went above and beyond, going back up on the roof to put a temporary patch over the rusted pipe until I could get a couple other estimates. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Adrian a bad review into a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The bad review was not yet written because Adrian showed up instead of the original technician, who failed to show up within the schedule time between 11:00 and 1:00 PM Adrian showed up after we called dispatch, and he was originally south of my location. It was originally supposed to install a dedicated line and a whole house surge protector. Adrian explain everything after my many questions, and showed me a final estimate. This was a huge help to me, as I knew how much to pay after the installation completed I happily give Adrian TOP FIVE OUT OF FIVE RATINGS

I recently had Kasper electric come and do some electrical additions to my home. I wanted to add an outside motion sensor light, two inside automatic on off light switches for my outside lights, add an outlet to my laundry room, put a whole house surge protector into my electrical panel, and add switches and wall plate for various lights in my living room entryway. Adrian came and did a walk-through and gave me an estimate and a quote, which I found very reasonable. Then I agreed to the job and he came back a few days later with his helper Omer. Adrian did a great job, completed all of it, cleaned up after it and everything worked perfectly. Adrian and Omer were knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Kasper Electric.

At time of writing this review, both my wife and I has sent 3 emails to both Michael, and Michelle requesting cancellation of our project. We have yet to receive a response 5 days after sending the email. I have also just called again (says you are open online) but went to voicemail. I have left a voicemail, and hopefully we will receive a callback today. This has been a difficult experience, and very poor communication and customer service from everyone we have spoken to. My wife was dealing with Kasper electrical at first, trying to replace an electrical panel in a condo in North Palm Beach. She received an estimate, and it seemed cheaper than everyone else, they have decent reviews, so she thought she would move forward. She paid a deposit, and thought everything was fine. I pointed out that there was no mention of permitting anywhere on the estimate, or in fact anywhere in the terms. She asked if the permit was included, and the response came back 'you can have a permit if you like'. This seemed strange to me, as permitting isn't optional in the world I live in, you either need one or you don't. It seems to me that you would need one for replacing/upgrading an electrical panel, but they are the professionals. So, I called and spoke to Mona who was very dismissive and irritated by any questions (an experience that my wife also had). She said she would get someone to call back. I received a call back from Michelle, who was very friendly, we went through it, and again the permitting question prompted an evasive answer, the same as my wife received, 'you can have a permit if you want'. I pressed the question explaining that they are the licensed professional, if we don't need one, then why would we get one. She said that according to the Florida Building code, we didn't require a permit. I asked her if she would mind sending an email confirming that, she replied yes, no problem. My wife then later received the following email: ' In regards to the permitting question .As I mentioned to your husband, we can add a permit if you want . If that is something you would like to add, I can make that update to the estimate. It will be at an additional cost and will take a while to get approved. Please let me know how to proceed' Again, putting the decision on whether to permit the project on the homeowner, and not what was agreed on the phone. I have skipped a few requests, as this is a long review, but they are refusing to commit in writing anything regarding permitting, other than making it optional. We have already had an inspection, which failed due to the panel. we are trying to sell the condo, and any unpermitted work would put us in a bad position. It does not seem right that a licensed contractor would refuse to commit to a permit question in writing, so we requested to cancel as we have lost faith, plus the estimate seemed deceptive as permitting was not mentioned at all and my wife doesn't really know about any of this and expected that a licensed professional would advise her. The other estimates ALL mentioned permitting. It is now 5 days after we sent emails requesting cancellation to both Michael and Michelle. to date neither has responded to our emails. I have called this morning, and it goes straight to voicemail (again, said they are open online). My hope is that the owner or someone more senior reads this review and responds. We have put down a deposit of over $1,000, and to receive no response is very unsettling. We have called the building department, who say that a permit is 100% required. The next step will be to call the DBPR, but none of this should be necessary. It should be much simpler than this. In my eyes, a licensed contractor should ALWAYS advise and know whether a permit is required for electrical work, there is too much liability at stake. The fact that they are avoiding putting it in writing multiple times, speaks volumes and indicates that they know a permit is required. I would avoid this company, they have a lot of positive reviews, but based on our experience, it makes me wonder?

Kasper tech Adrian came to my home today for a quote. I am getting a Tesla EV Charger installation scheduled along with other work. Adrian was professional and knowledgeable. Kasper arrived on time and when promised. Signed up for the work same day and look forward to the anticipated quality workmanship. Also of note Mona in the office along with Karissa were excellent as well. If the personnel are any indication I should be very happy when this is completed. Thank you

I knew Kasper was the company for me as soon as I met John during my estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional and he made me feel like family. I had my service completed yesterday by Ronnie and Ryan and I was amazed at their promptness, professionalism and the teamwork and comradery they exhibited throughout the day. Best attitude of any service people I've had in years. Again, they treated me like family ... So much so that I almost invited them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The work was done quickly ... they had such a great rapport with the FPL guys that the FPL guy even gave his cell and came back right away when called for reconnection. They did just a great job even the inspector complemented them on their excellent work, and I could tell he was normally an inspector of few words. Many Thanks to all at Kasper including those behind the scenes. I am very thankful for the care I received from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks :)

I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors. When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..." He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price. Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact. Kasper is now in my contact list and thanks to Kevin they will be my “go to” for any electrical issues from now on. Kevin was right on time. He was professional and responsive and sweet. The circumstances on my job called for some critical thinking and improvisation, before coming, and he was successful in both aspects! He knew what he was doing and seemed intent on doing it well. I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up. Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.

I needed to hire an electrician to install a Tesla charger for me. Kasper electric came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! I received an e-mail the day before the appointment reminding me of the appointment, they gave me a 3 hour time space. The technician showed up right on time and throughly explained my choices, after making the decision, he wrote out an invoice and gave me two options and prices. The technition Steve was very professional and completed the work within 3 hours. I would highly recommend this company, it is very hard to find reliable professionals in South Florida.

I needed to install a NEMA 14-50 at my house to charge an electric car in my garage. I worked with Michelle over the phone who was very professional and responsive and got me a quote over the phone after I sent some pictures over. I was scheduled within a couple days. Steve Perez was my tech, he was super friendly and efficient and expalined everything to me. I was really happy with the service and would definitely use Kasper again.

I am a first time home buyer. I was fortunate and blessed to own new construction, unfortunately I purchased it at a point where everything was done so I wasn't able to be apart of the customization process. I wanted to make some changes minor at first and then later some major installs. I was very nervous looking at contracting a company to do it for natural reasons. Kasper electrical at first was kind of shaky with the communications at the beginning just to be able to get a quote. Once I was able to get that squared away with them everything from that point on made up for that issue. Jim and Joey was great, they made sure they understood my vision on what I wanted accomplished and stayed in constant communications to ensure I was happy. End result the job was done great and the added bonus they set me up so that future jobs will be done a lot easier saving me time and money (because contractors are paid by the hour) in the future.
