Jennifer was amazing getting us scheduled. Grandson was coming to visit…the bathroom exhaust switch cover broke exposing wires. We were scheduled for 2 days but when I mentioned the grandson visiting she managed to send Joe so the repair was made. Joe was great as well! Very happy!

I was very impressed with Joe Redinger’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite—even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself). What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!
