Joe Redinger was our electrician, hired to replace our chandelier with a new one. Joe did excellent work, assembling the chandelier, hanging it at the correct height, and testing to be sure all 6 bulbs worked properly. We would be happy to have Joe do our next project when we have it, and would recommend him.

I selected Kasper Electric based on the numerous positive reviews that they had received on Google and it turns out that they were deserved. Jimmy came to the house when scheduled and took care of my projects professionally and skillfully. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will definitely recommend Kasper Electric if ever asked for the name of an electrician.

I 1st called Kasper Electric back in January based on reviews and I have to tell you I could not have been more satisfied. There electrician Bill was sent over to access a situation. He was honest, and guided me through a situation. I just called them back again yesterday and again Bill did not let me down. I would highly recommend this company based on their honesty, responsiveness and work ethic. I could not have made a better choice when choosing an electrician from the internet. Horrible experience. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Electrician arrived 3 hours and 15 minutes late. While waiting I called constantly and all I got was voice message and no one called me back. I received a couple of text messages saying that technician was on his way and will arrive soon but no specific arrival time. The worse part is that the job site was a vacant unit and there was nowhere for me to sit while waiting. This company requires a $100 "dispatch" fee, but there was no live dispatcher to communicate with me while I waited. Electrician was pleasant and knowledgeable, but it does not make up for the loss of 3+ hours of my time and the frustration. I will not be using their services again.

Jon W. arrived within our scheduled time with a great attitude. I explained what we were looking for and he provided a variety of options to meet our needs. He is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We are happy with the work he was able to do for us and I would recommend him to any friends or family in need of electrical work done.
