I had the pleasure to meet Frank, electrician, for Kasper on today at the Social Security Administration on Clematis in West Palm Beach, Fl. Frank was professional, meticulous, nice and so neat! He was very knowledgeable and did not mind sharing his knowledge! The world need more techs like Frank!

I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up. Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.

Ronny and Omer arrived at my house on time, they were very courteous, polite, professional I actually enjoyed talking to them. They explained everything that was going on. They repaired my fans in the patio, which one was about to fall out of the ceiling and they resolved an electrical problem with two outlets in the kitchen and they explained everything to me as they were working because it was a very involved electrical problem. If I need an electrician again in the future, I will definitely call Casper because of these two wonderful technicians.
