Adrian a bad review into a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The bad review was not yet written because Adrian showed up instead of the original technician, who failed to show up within the schedule time between 11:00 and 1:00 PM Adrian showed up after we called dispatch, and he was originally south of my location. It was originally supposed to install a dedicated line and a whole house surge protector. Adrian explain everything after my many questions, and showed me a final estimate. This was a huge help to me, as I knew how much to pay after the installation completed I happily give Adrian TOP FIVE OUT OF FIVE RATINGS

Adrian Pope was the Service Technician sent to our house to trouble shoot an electrical break somewhere. We had no idea where the short was, but Adrian found it and we were very thankful to get full power back on throughout the house. If you call Kasper, definitely ask for Adrian. He knows what he’s doing.

I had three ceiling fans installed, 3 electrical outlets replaced and a new outside light installed. Adrian did an excellent job. He checked carefully to make sure everything he did was working properly and cleaned up each work area when he was finished. I am very happy with the work that Adrian did.

Relatively simple repairs but handled efficiently. Adrian was polite and professional. Must add that pricing seemed high ( $665 for 45 minutes w customer parts). But then every vendor I use (AC, plumbing, lawn care, etc) is also high. No longer using “time and materials” but separate cost for each job. Kasper still most reliable electrician in Palm Beach County.

Adrian installed a Google Nest camera and floodlights on our garage. He did a wonderful job on the installation, able to place the camera exactly where I wanted it to be. He knows what he is doing, cleans up when he is finished and even helped me load the program on my phone so I could use the camera immediately. This is my third experience with Adrian and Kasper Electric. If you want an electrical job done well and cleanly, these are the people to call.

I recently had Kasper electric come and do some electrical additions to my home. I wanted to add an outside motion sensor light, two inside automatic on off light switches for my outside lights, add an outlet to my laundry room, put a whole house surge protector into my electrical panel, and add switches and wall plate for various lights in my living room entryway. Adrian came and did a walk-through and gave me an estimate and a quote, which I found very reasonable. Then I agreed to the job and he came back a few days later with his helper Omer. Adrian did a great job, completed all of it, cleaned up after it and everything worked perfectly. Adrian and Omer were knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Kasper Electric.

Prompt, professional and perfect pricing.... Adrian and his assistant were great. They showed up on time and completed the job as described. This is the second time we used Kasper in the past 6 months, the first time was for a electrical panel upgrade and today was for wiring for the a/c thermostat. The wire had to be run from the air handler (in the attic) to the a/c unit (outside on the first floor). The service and workmanship is top notch. Thanks Kasper!

The technician, Adrian Pope, arrived exactly at the scheduled time!! He listened to our issues with landscape lighting and suggested a measured approach to find the problem. Kasper tech Adrian came to my home today for a quote. I am getting a Tesla EV Charger installation scheduled along with other work. Adrian was professional and knowledgeable. Kasper arrived on time and when promised. Signed up for the work same day and look forward to the anticipated quality workmanship.
