My service technician was Ronnie and discovered the cause of my problem with the vanity light that was here when I moved in was a faulty switch plus poor installation. I was very impressed with Joe Redinger’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite—even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself). What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!
