Adrian a bad review into a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The bad review was not yet written because Adrian showed up instead of the original technician, who failed to show up within the schedule time between 11:00 and 1:00 PM Adrian showed up after we called dispatch, and he was originally south of my location. It was originally supposed to install a dedicated line and a whole house surge protector. Adrian explain everything after my many questions, and showed me a final estimate. This was a huge help to me, as I knew how much to pay after the installation completed I happily give Adrian TOP FIVE OUT OF FIVE RATINGS

EDITED TO SAY: They get 5 stars for their incredible customer service. The owner called me and went above and beyond to make reparations for the initial disappointment, including a refund and credit. They clearly really value their customers and want to make sure they come away with a positive experience each time. Well done Kasper!! Made an appointment to have my big barn fan looked at and electrician showed up without a ladder. Charged me a $100 dispatch fee to show up for a barn fan just to arrive with no ladder and wanted to write the whole thing off as water damage without taking a look. So I hauled out my own 12 foot ladder all the way from the house to the barn (I’m 5ft and 100lbs mind you). He goes up and takes a picture of the model number and tells me to call the fan company. The “service” cost me just under $300 total. My friend gave me better service. She looked up the fault codes online, identified the potential problems based on the codes, and even got up the ladder, found the control panel and removed the cover, and gave me tons of information that I can at least give to the fan company when I call. I’m just saying, if my friend with no technical training could do this for free, I think the electrician could have been a little more helpful and actually provided some service instead of just confirming that power was reaching the fan and saying that’s the most he’s able to help with, then charging $300. That’s not providing a technical service, that’s just flipping a breaker switch.

The technician, Adrian Pope, arrived exactly at the scheduled time!! He listened to our issues with landscape lighting and suggested a measured approach to find the problem. A very warm and friendly guy, he tried to understand and resolve our needs and concerns. Fixed everything within a hour. He did a great job at a reasonable cost. Thank you!

Back to normal. Kevin G. was efficient, professional and clear. The problem was a simple one, but I hadn't been able to fix it on my own and was delighted to have it taken care of quickly, pleasantly and at the time expected. (So many "service" companies and personnel are not that way that it is truly refreshing to find one that is!)

I had an emergency situation and called Kasper Electric who I had used in the past. Jimmy Wagner was the electrician who came to the house. He was very polite and professional. He found the problem right away and fixed it. He arrived very soon after the call. I highly recommend this electrician and Kasper Electric.

I booked an appointment for an estimate and took time off work to wait for the company to come out. After a few hours passed with no one arriving I called them. They said the worker got stuck at another job. Then they did not reschedule or apologize for not showing up. Update: After posting this review the company made every effort to correct this issue immediately. They came out and fixed the electrical issue and apologized for not handling the situation better initially.

So happy with Kasper. Bill and Joey were fantastic. They were quiet in my house, they worked very quickly, were clean and finished everything on our list in one day, and we had a LONG list. They solved problems easily that no other electrician had been able to figure out in 3 years. Moving forward Kasper is the ONLY electrical company I will ever use.
